It develops our self confidence, initiates sense of responsibility, broad mindedness, and
tolerance in religious and power of expression. Dr. S. Radha Krishnan once said “The aim of
education is to turn out leaders of men” and that universities should inspire young men
and women with noble ideas so that they may be ready to meet the call of nation.
With these objectives in mind history was taking shape in the eyes of Prof. Puran Singh who decided to
open degree college at Lakhperabagh, Barabanki, which is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Avadh University, Ayodhya.
